Student Loans In Alabama
Overall, Alabama students have a wide assortment of options in terms of where to get a college education. But, student loan debt can make it difficult to enroll in and attend college. Students in Alabama owe an average of $33,873 in federal and private loans. Although this is high, it is 8% lower than the U.S. average of $36,689.
While Alabama may be lower than the national average in terms of student loan debt, it is still crucial that deserving students lessen their need for financial assistance.
